Manchmal wünscht man sich einfach ein prall-gefülltes Bankkonto, um dann mal so richtig shoppen zu gehen. Als Autoliebhaber steuern wir aber keine Kaufhäuser an, sondern streifen lieber durch Autohäuser oder besuchen Auktionen. Wie zum Beispiel die von RM Sotheby’s im Januar 2017 in Arizona.

Sportwagen-Adel in Arizona

Dort treibt sich der automobile Hochadel herum. Ein paar Beispiele gefällig? Ferrari F50, Porsche 911 GT2 RS (997), Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing, Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, Jaguar E-Type, Shelby 427 Cobra, Lamborghini Miura P400 SV. Insgesamt umfasst die Auktionsliste 162 Fahrzeuge – diverse davon mit so viel Charme und Flair, dass selbst George Clooney erblasst.

Es sind auch ein paar Schätzlein für Normalsterbliche dabei. Wie etwa ein BMW Alpina B6 2.7 von 1986, der zwischen 50.000 und 70.000 US-Dollar gehandelt wird. Oder ein Lotus Turbo Esprit (Estimate zwischen 50.000 bis 60.000 US-Dollar), der mit 2,2-Liter-Vierzylinder, Garrett-Turbolader und 210 PS um die Ecke pfeift.
